Near Lac du Der-Chantecoq, Europe's largest artificial lake, camping du Buisson sits on 8 hectares of forest in Louvemont, in the Haute-Marne. This four-star site deliberately limits its number of pitches to preserve spacing between accommodations, with no noisy entertainment and no cars parked after 10pm. Accommodation combines wooden eco-cabins for four people, Charlay chalets for six people, Missouri chalets for four people and Safari tent lodges, including an XXL version with 61 m² of interior space for six people, alongside traditional pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes. A heated outdoor pool, a playground, pétanque, table tennis, direct access to a tree-top adventure park and river fishing round out the offer, with over 70 km of cycle paths and electric or classic bike rental. Open from 18 April to 5 October, in the Haute-Marne.
