Camping du Pont de Braye

Eleven types of unusual stays, from Mongolian yurts to the Biscaya and Bora-Bora luxury tents: Pont de Braye campsite sits along the trout river Le Chapeauroux, deep in the Margeride, in Chastanier, Lozère, between Aubrac and the Cévennes, near the Grand Lac de Naussac. This small, 35-pitch site also offers PODs, a Sahari eco-lodge, Coco Sweets for 2 or 4 people, a rural gîte and bivouac spots, for 2 to 5 people depending on the option. A snack-restaurant serving local produce, WiFi in the main building, 4G across the grounds, a games room and direct river access equip the site, with a 7-seater vehicle newly available in 2026. An LPO wildlife refuge, Qualité Tourisme Occitanie labelled, the campsite opens from 1 May to 19 September.
