Overview

No large water park, no oversized entertainment team: Les Cigales campsite deliberately keeps things human-scale in the hamlet of Conas, near Pézenas in the Hérault, between the Mediterranean, Lake Salagou and the Languedoc vineyards. This family-run 3-star site has just 40 pitches: 5 tent lodges, 26 cottages and 9 bare pitches, from €22 a night. The pool, heated in the low season, hosts evening events in summer, while a bar-restaurant, a 24-hour laundry, free WiFi and bike hire complete facilities designed for calm. A small children's playground and a friendly atmosphere sum up the spirit of this family-run site, open from 4 April to 26 September.
