Overview

On a 10-hectare island, bordered by the Ariège river and the Mijeannes canal, in Rieux-de-Pelleport, Ariège, Les Mijeannes campsite cultivates "a soothing, calm and family setting where good humour and friendliness reign". This 4-star campsite has 143 pitches, open from 7 March to 18 October for mobile homes and from 2 May to 30 September for bare pitches. True to a philosophy of disconnecting, none of the accommodation has wifi, with free access reserved for reception only. A water park (pool, slide, paddling pool), fitness area, trampolines, bouncy castle and mini-farm bring the stay to life, with a bar-snack bar on the terrace. Between river and mountain, the site opens onto rich historical heritage: Cathar castles and prehistoric caves.
