Just a hundred metres separate Les Terrasses du Jaur campsite from the river and the Voie Verte Passa Païs, a cycling route of over 75 km crossing the Hérault hinterland to the Mediterranean coast, in Prémian. This small municipal 2-star site was designed entirely with cyclists in mind: a covered shelter with tables, chairs and a book-swap library, a bike-washing station, freely accessible fridges and freezers, and a donation-based coffee corner. With no large water area or oversized entertainment, the campsite relies on three accommodation types: new chalets for 6 to 8 people with a covered terrace and dishwasher, mobile homes renovated in 2017, and pitches for tents and motorhomes. A local restaurant and a nearby bakery-grocery, plus free unlimited WiFi, round out a simple, effective offer.
