Family-run for three generations since 1996, the Sites et Paysages La Pinède campsite sits on the edge of a fragrant pine forest in Lézignan-Corbières, in the Aude, a ten-minute walk from the town centre, between Narbonne and Carcassonne, near the Canal du Midi. This three-star site of three and a half hectares has 90 pitches including 22 rentals: 68 pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, 18 mobile homes and 3 unusual tent lodges, amid pines, hackberry trees and almond trees. The restaurant, open from June to August, serves giant wood-fired paella every Friday, while the campsite's vegetable garden supplies chemical-free vegetables and fruit. Accessible to people with reduced mobility (except tent lodges), the site offers hiking, cycle touring and mountain biking, in the Aude.
