At the foot of the Tanargue Massif, in Joannas, Ardèche, at 400 metres altitude and 30 minutes from Ruoms, La Marette campsite cultivates tranquillity "in a superb natural setting", far from city bustle. This 3-star campsite offers 55 shaded pitches for tents and caravans, complemented by mobile homes, chalets and gypsy caravans. Two swimming pools, one with water slides, a restaurant-bar (Chez Francis), a grocery shop and a multi-sports pitch shape the stay. The region suits hiking, horse riding and mountain biking, with the Ardèche gorges 20 minutes away by canoe-kayak and the picturesque village of Balazuc nearby. The Beaume river completes this unspoilt setting. Open from 1 May to 31 October.
