You’ll want for nothing at the Domaine de Mépillat
The couple who own this estate are keen to give you a wonderful stay. To that end, there’s a reception where you’ll be warmly welcomed and given information.
The campsite also offers plenty of services that spare you from having to leave the resort to stock up. You’ll find a grocery shop selling pasta, milk, coffee and various other essential and non-essential items (ice cream, drinks…). You can also buy household products there.
If you fancy breakfast, you can order it the night before. But if you get peckish or really hungry in the middle of the day, you can head to the snack bar.
A launderette and a rental service for various equipment (baby gear, barbecue, bed linen…) are also available.

A campsite with accommodation on the shores of Lake Mépillat
In addition to the estate’s water area, you can enjoy another very pleasant water spot. This is Lake Mépillat. It gives the campsite a superb setting.
As for accommodation, you’ll have a wide choice. There are of course the traditional, well-shaded pitches. They’re also naturally bordered by lovely vegetation. If you’re looking for an alternative that will give you the feeling of being a real camper while enjoying all the necessary comfort, opt for the furnished canvas bungalow.
But know that there are also modern, perfectly equipped mobile homes. They can suit couples as well as families of 8. Finally, if you fancy staying in an unusual dwelling, there are the superb tipi chalets and the yurts beautifully decorated with genuine Mongolian furniture.

When it comes to activities, relaxation is the watchword at Mépillat
At Camping Mépillat, you won’t find the classic entertainment of karaoke nights or dance shows. Here, the motto is to let guests fully enjoy their stay under the sign of leisurely relaxation. So you can unwind by the pool or the pond. You can also spend peaceful hours fishing in this lake. Your children will enjoy the wooden games and inflatable structures available on site. There’s also a pétanque court, table tennis tables and the option to rent board games.
Finally, note that during high season, meditation, painting or local produce tasting workshops may be organised.
